The wife and I took off for the River on Wednesday to do some spring cleaning, you know rake all of those leaves out from the flower beds, and make sure the lawn sprinkler system is working properly. It's a good thing we were there because a relay in the timer circuit had gone bad and the lawns were starting to dry out...3 trips to the electrical supply house, 15 miles each way, and it was working fine.
We came back yesterday afternoon late so we could have Easter Brunch with our daughter Kari and her family in Huntington Beach.
We plan to head back to the River on Tuesday with some supplies and our son and his family will join us for the week, hope to get some heavy lifting done with his help...The Bass Boat is ready to go in so we will do some fishing.
