Been gone for a week mowing lawns and trimming down trees at the River place. Some time after we were there over the July 4th weekend a big wind storm blew in out of Az. and tore some big limbs out of a huge River Willow tree. I cut all of the good wood into fire place lengths and stacked it out back, it may be dry enough to burn this winter.
The last time we were there the 100 amp breaker from the main power panel to the house kept heating up and tripping, so this time I took a new one and replaced it, now no more problems. It was about 110 degrees each day but there is not much humidity like in the east and south states. but it's still HOT. If you have a big ol tree and a small breeze it's a nice day, and I can always go and dive into the River. I checked the water temp and it was 82 degrees.
We normally use a swamp cooler to cool the house with, but by this time of the year it get's so humid that the swamp is just some muggy air. We go to regular a/c about July 4th weekend. The last morning we were there I was loading the car and noticed that the outside a/c condenser was making a strange noise and when I checked I found that the fan motor on top of the condenser had stopped working, well I took it apart and looks like the starting circuit has gone out, if I spun the blade by hand it would start up and run fine but if it stopped it would not restart. I will pick up a new one for the next trip. Bye for now.
