I'm just plumb tuckered out

Been gone since 1000 this morning.... I am just about whipped. Had lunch with a group of RV friends that get together the 3rd Wed. of each month and was there until after 1300.  Had to go to my MIL house check out her leaking roof which I will go back and fix tomorrow.

The price of fuel is getting out of hand. Around the corner diesel is $2.89 a gal. well I was driving down the road and spotted a Chevron station selling it for $2.59, so I put in almost 40 gallons. Thats 30 cents a gal savings.

We ended back at the daughters house again. I wanted to work on the starting problem. I had done some research on the Nav-Star 6.9 diesel that Ford used in 85.  Starting problems most of the time involve the glow plugs not working. so I took my voltage meter and started checking for voltage---None---Well in tracing the wiring I found that some one had hooked the wire that goes to the + post to the - post. This ment that no power was going to the glow plug relay. I corrected that and she started the first time.

So the daughter says she will fix pasta and stuff for us so we hung around. Then the Angles baseball game came on so we stayed to watch that. Then I had to drive with a full belly home.

I had to stop and pick up a can of coffee on the way, small can 11.5 oz for $4.99. I think I can buy JD cheaper than that........enough
