Birthday parties can be a hoot

We were up with the chickens this morning and got things loaded up. One thing I failed to mention yesterday was that the cake shop used the wrong colors to make the roses, they came out almost black. Well she almost had a hissy fit right there. They got all big eyed and said" don't worry we will make it right", so they did fix it this morning and because of the delay, they gave it to us at half price. That always works for me.

We got it all setup by 10:00 and then we had Breakfast. Now this place we used in a Buffet style and they had all kinds of Brunch stuff and a guy to cook your omelette for you. Seeing how I didn't get to have dinner last night I had 1 of everything this morning, and I also had 2 bowls of Menudo.

We didn't get out of there until after 3:30 this afternoon, but boy it was a real shindig. Now I can get back to the real word, I think I hear that toilet running.
